The American Red Cross Western Carolinas Region Recently received a grant of $5,000 from the Foothills Community Foundation as a reward for raising over $20,000 in Anderson County. Anderson Red Cross board chairman Louise Trammell said “We appreciate the continued support of the Foundation. Mr. Rainey and his efforts have greatly helped to finance disaster relief efforts in Anderson County and the Upstate.
